They came out to fix the dryer and the same problem seemed to come back two months later. The company came back out to take care of it, which we paid for. The over was fixed and the problems re-occured, which they took care of at no cost to us. We haven't had any issues since with either appliance.

He replaced a thermostat and cleared the ice and it's working fine. Leonard arrived early, and we were very impressed.

Description Of Work:

 

This was the second time I used their sercices within the past few months. (Fist time was in a rental house before returning to my newly remodeled home.) I called for the repair and made an appointment for two days later. The technician arrived within the agreed upon time frame, diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning pump, had the part on the truck and repaired the problem.

All American Smart Appliance Co fixed my washing machine. They were great. They showed up on time and the price was reasonable.They stayed in touch with me and let me know when they were coming and going. Their estimate was accurate. They were nice people.
